「My family of 3 and I had an amazing New Year stay. The home was beautiful inside and out and equipped with everything we needed. If your looking for a home that is nice, has a private pool , entertainment, and is spacious in Beaumont, Tx this is it! April was an amazing host! She gave us a warm welcome and even took the time to guide us around the home to ensure we were all set! My kids loved watching a movie in the tent and eating coconut shaved ice. 「My daughter was receiving an award and needed space since we were traveling in from Dallas with family. The house is lovely, checkin and communication was good. Plenty of space, perfect for what we needed. Two things to note. Sofa in living room needs to be replaced, back has no support. There is no privacy door for the forth bedroom, open. Lawn could have been mowed for better drive up appeal. Neighborhood was nice, quiet safe .I would rent sgain...but needs」

「We took a quick trip to the beach before Thanksgiving. The location was great, just a short walk to the beach. The house had everything that we needed. The kids loved the pool table and the hot tub was great in the evenings. The lock was a bit tricky but it was communicated up front and took just an extra second to figure out.
