「The description of this rental is wildly inaccurate. It is a basement apartment in the rear of the building. Description on VRBO shows a different photo and describes the unit as “sunlit”. Not true. The bldg is run down and noisy. Certainly not worth the .」

「Very clean and conveniently located to downtown and airport.」

「Host wasn’t responsive The bedroom fan/cooler was not functioning, was too hot during the night to sleepEasy check in, great location, dedicated parking」

「Had an enjoyable stay! Felt very safe, area was quiet and peaceful. Downtown Winooski was a short drive away, as well as downtown Burlington. Beds were super comfy, unit was so much bigger than I realized. Plenty of room for 4 people (we had 2) even a great little office room away from the living room if work is needed to be done. Would def recommend and stay again」

「Nice place, great communication by James. The parking spot was very tight for our full size truck but doable. Like others said the bathroom and shower is small, water pressure was fine, door doesn’t shut well. Bedrooms were really nice, well lit and comfortable bedding. Good location for getting around. Kitchen has everything you need. Thought it was a bit pricey,Overall nice stay」

「Great location and well appointed setup」

「Left front burner on the stove was left on. Minimal amount of silverware. Example. 2 forks 2 spoons. No stopper for kitchen sink nor dish detergent to clean dishes. Batteries in TV remote were both dead and corroded. Host offered to bring remote. It was faster to get them ourselves Air Conditioner was very basic with no temperature controls and hard to regulate. No tissues or writing materials. Requested several times to get an early check in since we were going to be in area between 12 and 2....

「Great apartment near campus and downtown. Having a kitchen and laundry was so nice after staying in hotels on the road. Great host.」

「The house was very clean and in a quiet neighborhood. Host was very responsive. King bed was very comfortable. Well stocked with necessities- soap, shampoo, toilet paper, etc. Nice to also have parking.」

「Nice spot, 10 mins to the circle. Tv was a bit broken and the rugs smelled of pet urine but overall worth it for the money」

「This house is so beautiful and the backyard was great for the dogs!」

「Great property. Only concern was that the bathroom was upstairs while everything else was on the main level. Was hard with my daughter who broke her foot.」

「Very nice, its an older build but has been brought back to life and If I’m in the area I would stay again for sure. Located 1 min walk to shops, brewery’s, pizza and the mule bar! Very clean and had everything I would need! 👍👍👍👍👍 Thanks Josh」

「Nice place. Great location.」

「I had a hard time rating this place as we elected to not stay. We didn't feel safe. This is in a visibly rough area of town; we saw people walking in the street in their robes, garbage strewn about, and general decay. The exterior of this building blends in with the rest of the neighborhood. The screen door was broken with old sticker residue on the glass, building is overdue for maintenance (flaking paint, etc), and weeds for the yard. I now realize why there are limited pictures for the...

「Other reviews are spot on - comfortable, clean apartment in an older house. Typical for the area, and charming. Beds were comfortable. Location is convenient but definitely seems to be what would be called a "transitional" area. We never felt unsafe, though. Would stay again. Host was easy to to reach and responsive.」

「Comfortable, clean and easy to live in.」
