「Great location in the heart of downtown Greensboro! Great restaurants, shopping, deserts is all just steps away and that's what we enjoyed most. The master suite in the back with it's own seperate sitting area as well as both a tub and turbo shower was amazing! Especially enjoyed sitting on the roof top porch one evening as well and the "pack & go" policy on checkout day was very a very nice suprise! Maddie was a great communicator as well when we had a small issue with the T.V.」

「The location is so central to everything we wanted to explore in Greensboro. I would look up the address of our daily plans and it was always just a quick drive away! Check-in and check out was super easy and directions were clear. Very much appreciated the communication of our host. 」

「I stayed three weeks and felt very much at home in Mel's Country Cottage. I was welcomed and was frequently greeted as I came and went, visiting family in the area. I can't think of any detail for comfort or convenience that was not available. The cottage is cozy and tastefully decorated. Since this visit was during the worst of winter weather, I didn't get to enjoy all the extras on the property that would be fun during warm, sunny weather, so I look forward to another stay during warm months. 」

「We enjoyed our stay here. It was nice with a small kitchen with all of the basics (oil, salt, pepper, dishes, silverware…). It also had hot water and such, easy parking and instructions! It wasn’t a 5 star hotel but it was great and clean and had everything we needed for a weekend away!」
