Spacious & Thoughtfully Designed Accommodations
The main house features five cozy bedrooms:
Downstairs: Two bedrooms, each with an en suite bathroom for added privacy.
Upstairs: Three additional bedrooms and a shared full bathroom. The queen bedroom connects to an adjoining small room with twin beds—perfect for parents traveling with little ones.
Outside of main home in pool house - For added privacy, the pool house serves as a sixth bedroom. It includes a sleeping area for two (trundle bed), a full bathroom, and a convenient kitchenette—ideal for extended family or couples.

Inside, bright and cheerful spaces set the scene for memory-making. Enjoy morning coffee in the sunroom with sunrise views, or head upstairs to the playroom—stocked with games, books, and table tennis. Pool Heat Info:
Pool heating is available during winter only upon request at $50/day. For week-long stays, the total charge is $300 & after the 7 nights charge would be $30 per additional night. Temperature is maintained at 83°F, though heating may be affected by weather. Any concerns will be communicated by management.
NOTE: Please be advised: For your safety and security, exterior video surveillance (driveway & front porch) and noise monitoring are in use. Tampering is prohibited.

**NOTE: Full-time Residents are On-Site in Guest Home & Main driveway on West side of the property is not for guest parking. Circular parking area can accommodate 6-7 cars maximum depending on the size. Please do NOT park on the grass or block main drive. Signs posted for guidance.
