Charming Lakefront Pool Home - 5 Min to Legoland!

Our 4 bedroom, 3 bath home is also lakefront, making it a perfect spot for large groups to travel together. Enjoy your evenings 5 minutes to LEGOLAND, 30 minutes to Disney, and 50 minutes to Busch Gardens/Tampa.

The home sleeps eight with one king bed, two queen beds, and one twin. The kitchen is fully stocked with pots, pans, dishes, and silverware. The backyard patio has a dining set and chairs along the pool to enjoy the lakefront views. The driveway can accommodate up to four cars. We welcome pets in our home for a $50 fee. Bring your boat to our beach for fishing, waterskiing, and touring the 18 lake chain! Multiple public lake access ramps are available nearby. Chain of Lakes pontoon tour companies are available as well, and we're happy to guide you to our favorite ones!

We do not allow parties, without exception. Our neighborhood has a strict no noise after 9pm rule. If we receive a complaint about a party or late-night noise, you will be asked to leave and not be given a refund as this violates our house rules. We do not allow extra guests in the home outside of your reservation. We do not allow personal grills. The home is strictly no-smoking. If you violate house rules, you will be escorted off the property and may incur additional fees. Please be advised, we have a Ring doorbell camera by the front door entrance.

You have the entire home to yourself. Self-check-in using a smart lock after 4pm, check out is at 10am. Early check ins (as early as 2pm) and late check outs (as late as noon) can sometimes be accommodated for a $50 fee. The pool and lake are yours to use, but please keep noise levels down as we live in a neighborhood.

I’ll start with the positives. The location of the property was great for what we were doing. The size was good for a family. Negatives: 1. The code to the front for check in never worked. We arrived at night with no outside lights on to the house. We were told where the backup key was but very hard to find in the dark. 2. The patio door handle to the pool was broken which made it very hard to open. 3. A dirty bandaid was found in one of the beds. Contacted the owner immediately with no response till the next day. Could not find sheets to replace the dirty ones. This made the bed unusable for our stay. 4. The kitchen is not well equipped. Most of the items are well past their use. 5. Bathrooms were fine but need some updating. Also lack of bath towels. We would not stay here again due to the cleanliness.

Spring Break
We enjoyed our trip with our family and close friends. The home was clean. We really enjoyed the pool and lake. The home is larger than expected. The house is quite dated. Updating this property would be a huge asset to rental of this property. The owners were fast to respond and gave great directions as the driveway is a bit hidden and we arrived after dark. The kitchen has ample supplies of anything you may need for cooking.

Lots of space
We were disappointed that the pool was not heated. Too cold for this time of year. Showers/tubs could be cleaned a bit better (hair left in shower/slime left under mat/black underneath). The rest of the home was clean. Bathrooms could use some love/updating. The place needs a clean broom, dustpan and sweeper. We stayed for a month and would have swept if there was something available. Laundry room was a mess, and we had to clean it up. The location is good. Walking distance to stores. Lakeside was one of the pluses. Quiet neighborhood. Overall our stay was okay.

Not a clean property. Dated and old. Needs updating
This property is old and dated needs updating. Seams like bugs can get in and out as they want. We found live bugs and dead bugs . Notified the property manager and she offered a partial refund for the cleaning fee only. Which we have not received as of yet.
