The 2 bedroom suite was well decorated and extremely clean. The owners were very helpful and friendly. Do not let the outside fool you!

Thank you so much.. I really enjoyed my stay, it’s beautiful place to enjoy the nature, I actually saw ducks in the lake, very nice room’s. My toddlers have a blast seeing the ducks and birds on the pier. Good staffing, very nice people that work there. Thank you all so much!!

Disappointed stay

Requested handicap room on the first floor and was not provided one, so had to pay a much higher price to get a first floor room. The was a roach in the bathroom sink. The floors were dirty.

Everything is old and outdated. The mattresses were stained and did not have protective covers. I had to hold the toilet handle down for 20 seconds to get it to flush. My back patio was filled with boxes and debris. The parking lot is so tight your car will probably get scratched. The walls and doors are very thin so you can hear everything. The lake, docks, pool, and plants were the only nice things.

Good price at an acceptable lodging. Actually, it was a pretty nice place to simply lay low and relax for a spell. Lovely view on the lake. The property is older but well maintained. Amenities are basic. However, we only needed one overnight due to other obligations in town nearby, and everything else seemed full or terribly over priced. So we really didn't use this property to its fullest potential. Wasn't the point of our trip this time.

DO NOT STAY HERE! There was mold all over the bathroom ceiling and water actively leaking into the bathroom. The sheets smell like mildew and the rooms are disgusting. These owners are running a roach motel and it’s disgusting and unsafe.

I believe the property at one time was very nice. But as of present day it is very run down dirty. The rooms were clean the beds were very uncomfortable. Blankets in the closet were old and dingy smelling. The grounds were unkept the pool had algae on the bottom and was not properly taken care of. The staff was very friendly and accommodating. Would not stay here again

It was not clean. Dead roaches i In the room. Linens definitely need to be upgraded. The metal stairs were rusty and they scared us. The window A/C was cutting on and off every few seconds. The view of Lake Roy was outstanding.

This place was not up to date at all, still used nornal house keys for the doors. Sheets had stuff on them and the towels had stains. Cigarette burn on the tub. The check in counter was a window in the owners kitchen no front looby. I would not stay here unless you had no other place.
