“This was the worse experience Ive ever had, broken fridge, microwave, cable tv with no signal, and a unwilling staff…every time i went to office hoping for a resolution i was told “ sorry for the inconvenience” at thats it. So I had to waste our 150$ in takeout…couldn't warm it or refrigerate it…the TV only broadcasted 3 shopping channels and no signal for everything else. This place should not be open for business…do not reserve this place!!!!!”

“I had a very frustrating experience at this hotel that fell well below expectations. I specifically booked and paid for a double-bed room, only to be told upon arrival that the hotel had oversold that room type and could only offer me a single room. What was most disappointing was the complete lack of empathy or effort to make the situation right. There was no meaningful apology, accommodation, or concern shown for the inconvenience caused. “This is a newer property and it’s SO comfy!! Bed 10/10, linens 10/10, pillows 10/10 and staff 10/10!!! It’s a quiet property and safe for single travelers! I was there on business so not a leisure trip, but I was able to find great dining options, a Trader Joe’s so I wasn’t eating takeout all the time and the treadmills in the small gym were perfect so I didn’t miss a workout! I would stay here again without any hesitation!”

“It was terrible, the hotel wasn't clean, the bed sheets had a human hair on it,the floor had crumbs, was never sweeped , the bathroom towels were dirty, this hotel is terrible, spoke to the front desk, she said no one is here to clean the room now,and if i don't like it i can go to a different hotel, that night there was a tornado, how did they expect me to leave in this kind of weather, I don't recommend staying in this hotel at all,nasty people, dirty place, not worthed the money ”

“The location is good with lot of restaurants, shopping within walking distance. The room was clean and there was room service. Very convenient spot if you want to travel to hersheys chocolate world and do iconic Philadelphia tours. Some of the best restaurants and breweries are nearby. ”
