“Booked the apartment for a short stay. Good communication from the owner with entry instructions, good directions. It is obvious that the apartment sees a lot of footfall being very close to the seafront of the north bay, but it offered everything needed for the stay; very comfortable, clean furnishings; ample clean towels and bedding; nice clean kitchen with breakfast bar; good sized fridge freezer; washing machine. Bathroom was a nice size, very clean, and warm. I didn't need parking so unsure……

“A great relaxing break. We loved it. Accomodation was spotlessly clean. In the middle of nowhere which was perfect for us. Lots of nice walks and the hot tub was lush”

“Everything was wonderful. Our hosts even included a pack of biscuits and 500ml of milk in the fridge. The road up to the cottage is a well maintained farm road as long as you drive at no more than 10 mph. Very comfortable king size bed sith luxurious bath towels etc. The wifi worked well as did the tv although we hardly had it on. The towns of Pickering & Malton were less than 5 miles away, both with good & interesting shops. I look forward to returning on my next visit.”

“Long weekend in February followed up with another brilliant visit in May half term. House is perfect for our family , location amazing and facilities on site perfect. We will be back next year for sure”

“Here for a week with my daughter (12) & it was lovely - Caroline (host) was very helpful… house was fab - beautiful & clean - plenty of space, great location, easy to use kitchen appliances… likely to book every year - first time we’ve been on holiday & it was great Places to visit: Fountains Abbey, Whitby Abbey & Whitby, Filey Beach, North Yorkshire Water Park, Mount Grace Priory, Scarborough Castle, Scarborough, Bridlington, (go crabbing)”

“This holiday home is the most perfect myself and partner have booked. The decor is absolutely amazing and a lot of thought had been put into it by the owners. It is impossible to pick any faults. The home was clean and high standard and quality of equipment and furnishings. Studying the ‘quirky’ decor was an enjoyable time spent. Simon and Lynne were so friendly without being intrusive. The advert does not do this place justice, it was above and beyond our expectations and we shall be back ”
