Mühsam ist der Checkin/checkout mit längeren Wartezeiten: das gesendetete Email für self Checkin funktioniert nicht. Die nette Frau meinte sie wisse auch nicht, es es sei halt alles neu. Dann muss selber alles von Hand eingegeben werden. VIele Daten, 3 mal das Land auswählen. ID kann nicht gescannt werden. Beim Checkout ist nicht möglich vorzeitig auszuchecken und beim verlassen einfach die Karte……

“This is a beautiful hotel. The rooms are so quiet (mine was near street level and it was so quiet and the curtains were so dark I thought it was like 3am when it was 8am) the staff is lovely and helpful. The spa is beautiful and the restaurant is one of the best restaurants I have *ever eaten in (and I have eaten in some great restaurants) the location could not be more convenient. ”
