Family Christmas Gathering

Dells Trip

Everything was great except one of the beds that adults slept in had a ton of sand in the sheets. When we requested new sheets the sheets were dropped at the front door and not put on the bed. That was disappointing, cabin and restaurant on the property were great other then the sand

2024 FAMILY VACATION

As we were the first to arrive, we decided to go ahead and take a look. Walking was definitely amazing! The open concept was great and the aize of the rooms were even better. Although not all bedrooms had a bathroom there wasn't much issue to share. The downstairs game area was ABSOLUTELY fantastic. We definitely looked forward to the Pool table. And our biggest surprised was the Movie room, surrounded sound was Awesome. Everything and everywhere was Very comfortable. Thank you for such a beautiful home in which we were able to reunite once again and make new memories.

Spring Brook fun!

This property was super well maintained, clean, and was able to accommodate our group incredibly well. Bonus for this house is that it is possibly on the best lot in all of Spring Brook. Will definitely keep this one in mind for future stays.

Family Getaway

Three families gatheted together for a short getaway. We had plenty of space for all age grouos. The kitchen was well stocked and spacious enough for our large group. The kids loved the movie theater. Thanks for the memories!

Air conditioning went out for 24 hrs house got to 90 degrees. No hot water for 24 hrs. Toilet leaked all over floor. House was very large but needed updating. Management company was good to deal with but home owners did mot respond

Majestic Pines

Nice property. Good for our group of guys for a golf weekend. Lots of space and loved the covered patio. Kitchen lacks enough basic cooking supplies for a house this large. Bathrooms should come stocked with shampoo. TV's seem small for the size of the room.

the only negative was they advertised blue ray dvd players and a playstation game and we didn’t have any of those in the home. Otherwise it is a fully equipped home

Comfortable with plenty of room

We really enjoyed staying on the Spring Brook property. Close to all the Dells activities and also had great pools and club house amenities. The house itself was spacious with plenty of room to spare for the 14 of us. It was well equipped with everything we needed and there were plenty of towels. The kids especially enjoyed the theater room. We are a family who always take off our shoes when indoors and in spite of the floors looking perfectly clean, we found our socks and soles of our feet were black after just an hour of walking inside. We did mop the kitchen and living room floors but found they needed a much moor intense cleaning. This is why I am only giving the house 3 stars for cleanliness. The bathrooms and kitchen though, were VERY clean. We did have a problem with the air conditioning failing on the hottest day of the year (upper 90's). We called the Office (early evening) and left a message. After a very uncomfortable and sleepless night we had had no response so went to the Office in person to make a complaint. In less than an hour, a very nice gentleman from maintenance came to the house. He checked out the problem and called HVAC repair who came within a half hour and fixed the air conditioner. In spite of these minor problems we enjoyed our vacation very much and would recommend Spring Brook Resort to anyone who wanted to stay in Wisconsin Dells.

Very nice!

The place was very nice, it could have been cleaned better because we found random items that was left from previous visitors, and the night before check out I started the dishwasher and woke up the next morning to a flood! So in addition to getting kids dressed and cleaning up water other than that the place was nice and rummy! We really enjoyed ourselves

Good Group Option in Dells Area

Our trip was a guys golf weeked in the Dells area and this property worked really well for our needs. Check-in was easy, location was good, ample parking, and having use of the pool/hot tub on the property was a nice plus. The house was large enough for group of 16 adults as long as a few double up and or sleep on couches. The property was good, but just a few minor things short of great. The grill needed a cleaning badly. We could barely use it without a grease fire starting. The pool cues were all missing tips. The air hockey table had a few air holes that didn't work. The kitchen was lacking some basic needs that you would expect for rental where people will be cooking regularly. Aside from that it was great. It was clean, had ample TVs, and had a really nice covered outdoor area. If you looking for something for a large group to stay at in the WI Dells area, this is a very good choice.

Great house for family get away

We loved the house for our family vacation!! There is plenty of space, bathrooms, and the outside was perfect with the overhang for shade and the firepit for nights. The kitchen was well stocked for all our needs (except no salt and pepper) and even had 2 coffee makers for all the morning coffee drinkers. The only issue we had was figuring out the directions for the theatre room and the sound system wasn't too good. Some speakers didn't work. Kids enjoyed it and thought it was great!! Thank you!

Love this place!

It was a lot of fun and so spacious, everyone could spread out. Liked that they were enough actives to do. The movie room , the big couch in basement, air hockey, and ping pong. We had a great time.

Loved the property!

The house was wonderful, lots of room, everything we could have asked for! The pool was great, indoor and out! We rented the bike and the kids loved it, they also went fishing. We had a bon fire every night. It's a trip with lots of fun memories! The house had everything in it that we could possibly want!
