「Only one very young employee that greeted us at the front desk when we arrived late in the evening was disappointing. After that, it was like the old days. Lots of pride and professionalism that I just don’t see very often nowadays, no matter how much I pay. I believe the general manager spoke to me one morning and inquired not only about my breakfast, but about my overall experience. I know that this is the Midwest and these people are famous for their manners, but I’ve stayed down the road...

「David was very helpful, and he allowed us to use their microwave in the kitchenette! Location is great for Downtown Madison, great view of the lake. They provide suggestions for dinner, coffee shops and more!」

They also offer a free breakfast entree at a neighboring restaurant (which was very good!) and a free drink for each guest at a neighboring bar.
