Nice welcome ,nice room(couple of cobwebs,but they appear from nowhere),nicebathroom,comfortable bed. This is a country pub not a holiday inn so ecpect uneven floors and wooden windows etc. Every effort was made to make us comfortable. The only down side of the weekend was a customers pair of dogs ...

When I'm working in Devon I always stay here. Its perfectly comfy and its has good size rooms the parking is free and plentiful even in a large Van you can park around the rear of hotel. Close to tiverton town centre and supermarkets. Staff are very friendly too.

Value for money.
It's a very friendly hotel. The room was clean & cozy. The restaurant also very good and I didn't need to find a place to eat. Excellent for a night or two and explore the nearby area.
