「We had non stop issues including no ac 7 repair calls in 4 days. The last 30 hours we had to just give up. They offered to move us at 5 pm on the last day which since the h would only live the 1 room not adjoining and because it was like 1; hours till we would check out we declined. On checkout wanted to make sure all items recorded and the gal Jocelyn was very dismissive and said it’s all there without me being able to review.
So here was issues - ac - non working, (116 degree temps in Az)...

「Everything one might need in a studio efficiency apartment is made available!We slept well and ate breakfast in the room at a comfortable bistro table. Our days and evenings were full of activity but if needed, a lovely backyard with seating was offered.Although we packed our own, the host went above and beyond providing some groceries and bathroom essentials for guest use.
