Amazing grounds, lots of different areas to it. Staff very helpful. It was lovely to see young people being so professional during the wedding celebration. Bathroom a bit rundown in need of maintenance. Unfortunately, buffet breakfast could be improved.

I didn’t use any of the amenities apart from the function rooms which were quite nice but the rooms were quite shabby and quite dirty…dusty with marks on paintwork and hairs left in the sink and shower…unpleasant. I would not stay again or recommend.

There was a wedding happening on arrival, which was fine, but the party spilled over onto my floor and kept going until 2am. Had I been aware I wouldn't have booked the room or been certain that I had a quiet area of the hotel. Overall the hotel is nice, but it there are some underlying maintenance issues that need to be addressed.

The property is spacious with a good range of places to eat or have a drink. The rings are good – and sensibly equipped. Reception needs properly staffing. It was ridiculous that poor young woman was left on her own to check in a huge wedding party of very demanding guests.

The property looked fantastic on the website and the reception area is impressive. I was a last minute booking and turned up later in the evening, I can only assume that a staff member thought it was going to be empty for the evening and decided to use it as their personal toilet. The toilet bowl was covered in skid marks. Unfortunately I did not use the toilet until middle of the night, so by the time I saw the disgusting state of the toilet, it was too late to request to move rooms. I had the breakfast which was very average. I chose to stay here because the last minute deal price was comparable to Premier Inn. I thought I was getting a fabulous deal since the hotel looked so good on the website, but given the appalling cleanliness of the room and mediocre breakfast I wish I had chosen the Premier Inn.

Second stay at Easthampstead & unfortunately not as excellent as my first. Room 304 was lovely but a fair bit smaller than room 301 out in the Hepburn House. Super comfy beds though, although it didn't have a fridge available or sufficient towels. Other downside was that we hoped being out of the main hotel this would be much quieter however we were awoken loudly 6.30-7am as the downstairs gym had a class which sounded like a very loud nightclub & the bass woke us up, which was very disappointing. Also on this stay we ordered room service, which was quick to come & food was nice but basics like condiments salt/pepper/ketchup never arrived. Also, breakfast buffet was lovely & kitchen staff went above & beyond even making porridge. Waitress staff for room service & breakfast were not all that friendly, not too happy to provide a second cup of coffee etc & the tables were unclean with hairs in the sugar sachet bowl. Shout out to the receptionist team though who were super friendly, welcoming & helpful.
