“Everything was in good working order friendly staff great place”

“It was easy to get to. Room was clean. It is an older hotel but worked great for what we needed. We would go back and we did not see a pool. ”

“Mainly booked a place cause they had an indoor pool ... The pool was ice cold, the staff was rude. Only positive I can say the breakfast was decent”

“Beautiful, spacious, clean, elegant, welcoming and modern. Seriously nothing bad to say about this place!”

“The bathroom sink leaked and the bed comforters didn't seem very clean. Most importantly, the bathtub featured drywall mesh patching and a lot of sparkle. I didn't like that; the bathtub floor had a lot "give." There was nice shampoo, but I usually bring my own soaps so I didn't ask. The staff was nice.”

“Sewer gas smell made us sick so we checked out and into a better place. I would never go back there and would not recommend this place to anyone. And the pool was closed.”

“I book for a full week, and I left the next day. Bed bugs, no tv, ac wasn’t working. There’s no stuff at the desk. They have a computer monitor and that’s how you talk to the front desk. Crazy dirty place.”

“Our carpet smelled bad. There were small pellets on the floor that looked like they were deodorizers. The security to the building was non existent. The room keys didn't work on the outside doors but that was ok because they were never locked! We asked for a change of rooms but they were fully booked.”

“Holiday Inn cancelled my reservation with no communication which I made a month prior. They cancelled on reservation day. Extremely poor response from the hotel management. They wasn’t able to handle the situation. Telling conflicting stories. Manager was missing throughout my 2 nights stay. There was no attempt to correct it. I felt I was left at the mercy their management. The hotel was under construction, breakfast had limited items, pan cake machine didn’t work. I usually do not do……

“This is such a warm and inviting place to stay! The caretaker was very kind and available for any questions or needs, and made a great breakfast! It is clean and well-stocked with anything you might need. Will definitely be back! ”

“The elevator was down as well as the pool. The continental breakfast was almost non existent. The lock on the door was broken. The chairs in the room were ready to break. We were told there was shampoo and body wash available in the room and there wasn't any. There was mo soap at the sink to wash your hands. The refrigerator wasn't even cold enough to keep anything in it. We had to put things in the freezer instead. I would not recommend this place unless it had a complete overhaul. The staff……
