The property comfortably accommodates up to 8 guests, with four beautifully appointed bedrooms.

The master bedroom features a king-sized bed and an ensuite bathroom, offering a luxurious retreat.

Two additional bedrooms are furnished with queen-sized beds,

The fourth bedroom includes two single beds, perfect for children or additional guests.

A 25% deposit is required at the time of booking, with the remaining 75% due 13 days before check-in. Please ensure sufficient funds are available on your Visa or Mastercard, as fees may apply for declined transactions.

Guest must complete our check-in form (link provided in your confirmation message) prior to arrival.

We strictly enforce a no-noise party policy. Our home is situated in a tranquil area with neighbours nearby, therefore, we regretfully cannot accommodate any lively gatherings including but not limited to "hens/bucks" parties or "schoolies" bookings. Our space is ideally suited for families or friend getaways seeking a peaceful retreat. Please keep noise to a minimal level at all times especially when using the Alfresco. Bath towels are provided for all guests, with beds pre-made for your convenience. If you plan to visit the beach, please bring your own beach towels. This is a strictly non-smoking home.
