「If you are birding Magee Marsh and/or Ottawa National Wildlife Refuge, this is an excellent location as it was about 12 minutes from the Magee Marsh parking lot. All I needed was a coffee maker, refrigerator and comfortable bed. This property had all of this and much more. It is also walking distance or one minute drive to a nice bar/restaurant located at the turn off into the property. 」

「Had everything we needed. Megan was very responsive. Place is very small but that was shown in the listing so not a negative. Deck area could use a little attention and cleaning but it is waterfront and I know that can be a challenge with bugs. No complaints and would stay again. 」

「This property smelled stagnant when we walked in. There were hairs and dirt all over the bathroom floor. The floors throughout the apartment felt filthy. My daughter’s feet were black after walking around our first evening there. The bathroom has black mold all along the bottom of the shower. Every dish item I used had to be washed before being used. One comment we would make is maybe some short instructions on how to use TVs in the L/R & B/R. Cose to Magee Marsh Boardwalk and good eateries are 20 to 30 minutes away.
