An excellent holiday apartment
The apartment is situated on the first floor, but the lift up made it really easy to bring luggage in, and the reserved parking space is right outside. It’s a few minutes walk from a supermarket and various eating places. It’s also possible to walk into the town very easily ,and along the river in both directions, which was a lovely walk. There are loads of visitor attractions close by making it an excellent holiday base. We also found it very quiet in spite of being close to a level crossing.
We found the property to be spotlessly clean, well decorated and well maintained. It is very spacious and well equipped and we really enjoyed our stay. The only minor gripe was we didn’t find the seating that comfortable, but we would happily return.
Some of the check in instructions were out of date, e.g. saying we needed a key fob and parking permit, when we didn’t and that the heating was set on timed, when it was switched off. I also had to contact Air Manage Suffolk three times to ask for check in details to be sent before I received them. I didn’t feel the service they provided was very professional and the twice I telephoned them I wouldn’t have described staff as friendly or customer focussed. Don’t let this put you off, the property is great!
