“had to get a new key 4 times I could not the side door to bring things from from car , I should get some money back. Steve ”

“Rooms were large and nice, Front desk staff and cleaning staff are great. Breakfast was a bit light but good. Only down fall were the heavy running foot steps of kids in the room above us but it was ok. The hall way carpet needs replaced heavy stains through out. But we will be back”

There is some construction going on in the area but the front desk staff made us comfortable and honestly we were hardly in our room. “The Chateau is a lovely place to experience the beauty of Deer Valley without having to sell a kidney on the internet to afford it. The European lodge atmosphere extends from the main lobby into all of the amenities and rooms. The complimentary breakfast buffet is the best we've had anywhere. The on-site amenities that we personally enjoy are the saltwater pool and the three different hot tubs.
