“The property was semi-cleaned when we arrived. Although a male staff member was very helpful at the bar, the sofa and the carpet was covered in pet hair. We had to put blankets of our own over the chairs as we did not see them fit to sit on. We also had put our yoga mats on the carpet as we did not see it fit for the children to play Lego or games on. The beds were not made and general cleanliness we expected for the price was not there. The flat had pet odour and we had to keep the doors open……

“At first as we arrived around 4:15pm our room wasn’t ready but the reception sort it out. I tried to call the owner before that but the owner no response till we left. The flat is ok but its a building flat so we have neighbours upstairs and downstairs also at the side. Its like compound of flat not sure how they called. When someone walking upstairs you can hear them badly specially in the night so as our floor, its really not relaxing but frustrating. Having said that, in the restaurant and……

“It was great to have the soft play, pool and the rest of the children entertainment on site. Also, a superstore on a walking distance is a good option.”
