「Stayed here for a weekend to be close to friends for a BBQ. The place was perfectly fine - a bit rough round the edges in spots, but nothing major. Had everything we needed and did the job as a base to stay. Would stay again for something similar. 」

「The property was very dirty. I don't know why it is called Immaculate house... Very dirty: Table unwiped, dust everywhere, spider webs, toilet and bathroom full of small hair, microwave and fridge very dirty of food staines. Not clean at all. I had an impression the property was never cleaned, but also not prepared for new guests. Also, it was advertised as 3 bed house, whereas we were allowed to leave in 1 or 2 bedrooms. "We happened to stay during a heatwave. The room had no air conditioning, only a fan. The room was spacious but really needs an update. The corners of the bed and the duvet cover were torn. The wallpaper was also peeling. The bathroom renovation was acceptable. Breakfast was in buffet style but the refills were too slow—there was nothing left to eat and all the juices ran out."
