“We had a great break with our dog. Couldn't have had a better host. We found treats for the dog and us :) , a pint of milk and orange juice in the fridge. The Jacuzzi was a bonus and well maintained. The garden was enclosed so it was safe to let the dog out on her own. The property is well maintained and is clearly large enough for 4 people. ”

“Five of us stayed here whilst seeing a show at the Utilita Arena, it was the perfect location for this purpose and would absolutely stay here again.”

“Great host, always replied quickly to messages and came to meet us with the keys straight away. The property was exactly what we needed, 3 comfortable bedrooms (2 doubles), a kitchen and a living room with off street parking. I should definitely stay again!!”

“First thing when we walked in, we were assaulted with the stench of Marijuana. Told the property manager and they were nice enough to bring a fan so we could try and air it out, but it still lingered. My daughter found bits of Marijuana on the couch and on the floor, so it was obvious they did not clean before we came. The downstairs bathroom door is not attached, and there was of urine on the back of the toilet. We left after one night and cut our weekend short and just went back home……

“Location, wow - beautiful vistas, lovely gardens, lovely cottage. Inside is also very nice indeed, well appointed and comfortable - only negative there was that there was a bit of a paraffin smell near the boiler, not sure if there had been a spillage. Otherwise great and extremely convenient for the RHS show. We cooked, we BBQd, we ate on the deck, we watch the wildlife. Alpaca farm is a short walk and was a lovely little trip for brekkie and animal watching. We will be back! Thanks Alison :)”
