“Wonderful and well equipped including lots of PowerPoints including usb outlets. Clean and comfortable bed. The kettle actually fitted under the swivel sink tap! Not hard but few motels do it. Well done! Office very easy to deal with. Shower screen door a tad small so for those of extra large build breath in and turn to your side. Not far off highway. Highly recommend. ”

“Great spot had everything we needed”

“I had been on the road too long and found this little Gem on a whim to rest for the evening. Direct shot from the Highway, petrol and groceries close by and making it simple and easy to get back on the road in the morning. Room had lots of space and My 6yr old had the time of his life. had a swim in the pool, took a walk in the quiet leafy area around, he found the firepit and BBQ and asked to come back with all his mates and then we made a Giant bubble bath. A 1-night stop for survival turned……

“Very cute little motel in a gorgeous little village, the RSL does fantastic food, easy breakfast at the pizza shop which also does ordinary breakfast? You don’t have to have a pizza.”

“This motel is close to the marina but too far to walk to town centre. ”

“Located at side of Lake Macquarie. Must put Marks Point if you set GPS. The same highway number led us to a place 40 mins far away. Owner of motel is a friendly lady and give us valuable info of where to explore and eat. Will stay there again for future visits. Restaurant at Gunyah Hotel nearby is very good too.”

“So glad I came to stay here! Lovely, perfectly clean room -a slightly outdated bathroom but with a great hot shower. The rustic seaside charm made me feel instantly at home. I had a waterside room just metres from picturesque Lake Macquarie. The views from the outdoor area (equipped with bbq) were simply breathtaking and teeming with black swans, ducks and pelicans.
