Clean rooms fantastic breakfast. Only thing when checking in was our keys was just left on reception and no one to greet us. But other than that a great stay.

We stayed for 1 night in June. We were originally allocated a room on the ground floor near the bar area, which under normal circumstances would have been fine, the room itself was very nice. However, we have a child undergoing cancer treatment and she would not have settled. Paul, who I believe to be the owner manager, was very accommodating and went to great lengths to ensure we could have a lovely stay at this hotel. He arranged for a single bed to be put in one of the double rooms upstairs, enabling us to stay the night. We were shown where to park the car, if none of the three parking spaces are available. He went above and beyond what one would expect from a small hotel / b&b. In the morning we went for our breakfast, which was very nice. I particularly liked the sausages. Thank you for everything

Staff and room. Room was very big and comfortable. Nicely decorated hotel and Jacob and the lady, I didn't get the name of, in the bar/restaurant were very welcoming and friendly, a credit to the hotel.I'm 43 now so if I have got Jacobs name wrong please accept my apologies. Food was excellent too and reasonably priced .

Excellent Value For Money

Very nice family run hotel. Wide range of food on the menu, all excellent and well priced (large portions). Wide variety of drinks available from the bar. Very welcoming and the locals that visited the bar were all good for a chat. Will be staying again.

One happy customer

Stayed here a few times in the past couple of months and very happy to do so. Friendly staff, great food, lovely atmosphere all round. Highly recommended and look forward to visiting this hotel again.
