I didnt like the fact that the clocktower restaurant did not exist at all, there was nothing there and the other restaurants opened for only a few hours, room service had a £7.50 room charge on top of food and drink prices ?

Burde have været opdateret for tyve år siden. Blev ombooket fra et værelse fordi det ikke virkede til et andet hvor toilettet ikke kunne skylle ud og vinduet blæste op om natten pga blæst. Alt var meget slidt og der lugtede indelukket. Morgenmaden var minimal og kedelig God pool Rigtig sødt personale!!!! De fortjener kæmpe ros

The hotel was very nice, clean and pleasant with very accommodating staff who are very keen to help me if required. I was there on business so I managed to get a very good nights sleep every night. I was on the top floor and it was extremely comfortable and I slept well. The swimming pool sauna and Jacuzzi were an excellent addition that I used each night. Overall, a very nice experience

When you’re in the studios/annexe building expect no Wi-Fi, no iron, no hair dryer, noise, an tiny tv, access via a back alley behind the secondary building , hair everywhere in the room and an extremely uncomfortable bed. The hotel gym in the main building has not been updated since the 80s with antiquated equipment, some items not fit for purpose and weights benches mended with duct tape. The one saving grace was the young lady on reception at check out this morning. She is an asset to the team - sorry I didn’t get her name.
