“The member of the team that delivered my check-in process is a credit to the establishment. Unfortunately I did not catch her name, but she was efficient, informative, & relaxed.
I received a free upgrade, and the room was excellent. Plenty of tea & coffee, a very large, very comfortable bed, spotlessly clean, and felt very secure.
For the price I paid (£58) on a Saturday night it begs the question, why on earth would someone decide to stay at a Premier Inn, Travel-lodge etc.

“Bexs rooms are a great find we had rooms 1and 2 we were not disappointed. Easy to find, parking by the rooms. rooms were clean,tidy, had everything that we wanted.beds were great we slept like a baby!!
Outside area with table and chairs was a nice touch.
This will definitely be our go to place when we are back in Ferring seeing family ....thanks for a great stay ”

Split level a bit disconcerting but warning signs clearly displayed (I still managed to bang my head whilst using the loo during the night. ) A little difficult to find after dark.
