“The property was as described, great location and check in was good. We appreciated the complimentary cookies but would have preferred some kitchen roll and , more importantly, a spare loo roll; there was a half roll when we arrived but no spare. “The lodge was clean, well equipped we cooked every night. WiFi was strong we managed to watch things through our Amazon stick. Staff were helpful, and on hand If we needed anything. The only slight issue was the hot tub, it took a long time to get to temperature and needed monitoring so when we went out we couldn’t then go in the hot tub for a few hours when we got back. It probably didn’t help it was so cold at the time of year we visited.”
