“Lipovan” is on the second floor in the condo complex, A Summer Place, which is conveniently located less than a block to Johnnie Mercer’s Pier and the newly constructed public bath house that leads to the nearby beach access. Offering one private bedroom, one bathroom, and built-in bunk beds for the junior members of your family. The primary bedroom is furnished with a queen bed and has direct access to the deck. The open living and kitchen area has a sleeper sofa and access to the deck. You will love sitting out in the salt air watching the waves crash, sunrises and sunsets, and watching all the action that goes on at the pier. There are built-in bunk beds set in the nook off the entry that make a fantastic sleeping area for young family members.

Load up your boogie boards, beach chairs, and family and head to Wrightsville Beach for a memorable family vacation! The wonderful central location of this condo makes it effortless to visit the nearby Shark Bar for a nice dinner or to enjoy the nightlife at the Palm Room.
