  • Welcome to One South Lumina, a prime location on Wrightsville Beach!
    Crashing Waves 207 is on the oceanfront end of the building, overlooking the pool, located on the second floor. There is parking for 1 car only.
    This condo unit includes one bedroom, one full bathroom, 644 sqft. Fully equipped kitchen, open concept dining area, living room, "bunk bed nook" with two adult size twin beds, & washer/dryer. Relax and unwind on your balcony with views of the ocean. Take a dip in the pool overlooking the beach. Park your car in off street parking and walk to everything. Steps to the beach, restaurants & shops.

    PLEASE READ PRIOR TO BOOKING:
    The unit photographed is the exact unit
    There is assigned off street parking for 1 car only. No extra parking, any extra vehicles must be parked in public paid street parking.
    Secured building with door code, elevator, shared outdoor pool overlooking the beach.
    You will have exclusive access to the condo unit.
    POOL IS OPEN SEASONALLY
    Each unit is individually owned and operated. As such, Ultimate Property Management does not have any control over the building and its operations.
    You must be 25 yrs or older to book - Valid ID will be required
    No smoking, No pets
    Check IN is after 4PM
    Check OUT is before 11AM
    In order to ensure proper sanitization between each guest there are NO exceptions to this.
    This unit is Self-Check in you will receive check in instructions VIA EMAIL 24 hours prior to your arrival.
    Linens are included
    Bring your own beach chairs & towels.
    Please review the cancellation policy before booking

This was a very nice condo with a great view of the beach and ocean. The room was clean and well appointed. Easy access to the main roads and local conveniences. We will look forward to returning in the future.

This condo was a pleasant surprise. The location was excellent, it was clean and had gorgeous views of the ocean and was absolutely perfect for our Mom / Daughter weekend. The bed that looks like it’s behind the kitchen was actually perfect - no windows, so easy to sleep and perfect for my daughter. Highly recommend - a great value for the cost.

Condo is pretty old, but very clean. Excellent views of ocean AND access to beach. Private parking was great and would be absolutely necessary is the busy season.

This was a great weekend getaway ! The property was clean and easily accessible to the beach . We thoroughly enjoyed our stay ! The only negative was that there was some hair that showed up on my socks while walking around the unit that obviously didn't belong to either of us ! Aside from that , it was a pleasurable experience !

When we first walked into the elevator lobby area the decor was beautiful, modern, and colorful. Our unit was awesome. It was just as pictured, the bed was comfortable, and all the provided items were more than sufficient. The view from the kitchen/dining/living rooms was incredible. The pool was just the right size and very warm. The beach access couldn't have been any closer and we were walking distance to the bars, restaurants, and public boat docks. Thank you for a great vacation!

Right on the Ocean

Location was prime with direct access to the ocean and beach. We thoroughly enjoyed our time here and were not ready to return home yet.
