「The property far exceeded our expectations, clean, tidy and warm, it is located in a quiet location on the grounds away from the main house any you feel like your totally self contained. The owner lets you be, and sent just a couple of courteous emails in case we wanted things like change of towels. the property is only about 7min drive to the centre of Canterbury. 」

「The flat is very clean, tidy and fresh and has everything you will need for several days stay. Easy walking onto town centre with loads of shops and places to eat. Faversham is a lovely place to wnader around tooCar parking near the flat is very tricky (as is the case everyewhere in Faversham it seems) but Debbie does give you some ideas and if they are full then there are plenty of other sidestreets to try.Communication with Debbie, the host was wonderfully easy and she is really helpful.」

「In a great central location, plenty shops, places to eat, pubs all around and very quick walk to the coast which was beautiful, didn’t realise Folkestone was so nice! Outside building looked very nice, access lobby area clean and inviting. Great shower! (good water pressure!)Apartment was compact but had everything needed. Was a hot weekend so needed to open the windows overnight, could hear people enjoying themselves which wasn’t a problem for us. Some parts of the apartment were tired but...

「Thank you for a wonderful stay. The property was cozy, clean, and comfortable, and all the described amenities were provided... Including an ample supply of coffee, which we truly appreciated. It was great to be so close to the city center without being in the fray of it! Communication with the property management team was easy, with quick responses and helpful information. My wife and I would stay here again.」

「We stayed for four nights in this lovely well appointed apartment. It had everything we needed including bowls and biscuits for our dog. It's one of eight apartments in a modern building right on the coastal path with an allocated parking space underneath. It is right in the middle of Dymchurch and is a great place to watch the world go by. The village has everything within easy walking distance including a small Tesco with long opening hours. There's a great choice of cafes, pubs and fish &...

「If you want a quiet and restful nights sleep this is not the place to stay. The property is located opposite a nightclub. The High Street is cleaned at 3AM in the morning and one hears every noise from the street below.
Perhaps double glazing is an option?
The lower floor bedroom could benefit from nights lamps and better storage facilities.
The main entrance off the street to the property was not cleaned properly. Not a pleasant welcoming.」

「Please be aware that you need to upload a passport online to a third party company for every person over 16 that is staying at the property. We were not aware of this until after the free cancellation period was over. There is no mention in the listing or confirmation that the passport would be the only document accepted. We were uncomfortable doing this with all the online identity theft that is prevalent today.
The communication with the property was poor. We messaged several times through...

「This is an excellent property! The host was very communicative and helpful. The property was very clean with good information onsite about the flat and the surrounding area. Great location near to shops, restaurants and the beach. If you are driving, be aware that parking is a bit tricky, but Oliver was very helpful with figuring out options. Our only disappointment is that we weren't able to stay longer!」
