「Lovely location with amazing views. The staff were wonderful, always so friendly and genuinely helpful. They really went out of their way to make things easier for me, from arranging airport transport to helping when I had an issue with my luggage at the airport, which I really appreciated. The food was delicious, the amenities were excellent and everything was spotlessly clean. A really lovely stay and somewhere I’d definitely return to.」

「The hotel is run by a family, they are all super nice, friendly and helpful. They can communicate in English. The area is quiet and nice. The hotel is 5 mins walk from the Reed Flute Cave. So if you stay here, it’s well worth a visit to the cave.」

「The room is clean and the service is good, but the hotel seems a little bit old-fashioned.」

「The vicinity of the hotel is tranquil and full of beautiful views, a sharp contrast to the hustle and bustle of the town centre. The staff is helpful and polite. free breakfast , laundry and transport to high speed rail station.」

「hard to find the location」

「Service is very good 」
