「It would have been nice to know the hotel was under construction. We were put on the 4th floor. The ice machine wasn't working, the fridge in our room wasn't working and when I asked the desk about them, the only answer I received was "we are under constructin". It was a waste of $200 for one night. Very disappointed.」

「Overall, a very nice hotel. This Courtyard site was attached to a larger Marriott Bonvoy which was convenient. The Kip's Irish pub restaurant was very good. Overall a good hotel, they offer nice breakfasts on the Courtyard side, but they are not free. Only complaint was during a 4-day stay, we put in for a housecleaning midway through the stay and never received it. Had we stayed longer, we would have reconciled that. Disappointed that something got lost in translation.」

「Property was under construction, but what was done was nice. There was a lacrosse team that was staying there and the children were very rowdy during the stay and at the pool maybe some stricter rules on parents watch in their children.」

「The only reason why I am giving 4 stars instead of 5 stars is mainly because there were audio issues with the TV on all stations. They said it was a system problem and most likely not going to be fixed before I leave. I stayed 3 nights and it was rough trying to watch tv. The bed was comfortable. The breakfast in the morning was pretty boring. Cereal, juice, milk, toaster waffles, bagels, scrambled eggs, and sausage. Was the same each day except every other day it was turkey sausage or...

「When I booked my reservation it said that breakfast was included for 2 per day but when we went to the breakfast restaurant, they said we had to pay $23 dollars. I mentioned it to the lady at check out and she said that she would tell the manager and have them be in touch with me about it but never heard from anyone. I even showed her and she agreed that it said it was included」

「Since this hotel seems to be designed for potential long-term staying there wasn’t really a real comfortable place to sit. The couch is fine but it needs a nice comfortable chair like a recliner that You can lean back and have your feet up.」

「It's a beautiful building but we definitely wouldn't stay there again. We've stayed in many different hotels around the country, some more expensive, some greatly less. We've found that the we get More perks at the lesser expensive places. This place charges awfully high prices for the breakfast, for example if you get toast, cereal and Danish it's $12, if you want to add a hot item it's $18 , if you want to add an omelette it's $23 and a beverage is $5 more!!
