"I asked for a receipt after paying for my room at the hotel and was told I could not have one as I booked thru Expedia. Expedia says that I should Get a receipt at the hotel because I paid at the hotel and NOT thru Expedia"

"Small and everything look old for , poor breakfast, not worth the money! Location St.paul downtown way better!"

"The property is currently undergoing a complete interior renovation so there was construction debris and noise during my stay, and the advertised Fitness Center was closed. I assume whenever that’s done that conditions will improve, But one of the bottles of shower products was empty and the “Kleenex” box only had two tissues left with no refill in the room. Seemed like the property was a bit overly concerned about guests pilfering supplies. The breakfast was quite good however."

"Beautiful hotel. Did not receive the room I reserved online. Walls are thin, in my room I could hear the people in lobby along with the music they play over the speakers in the lobby, which was kind of weird. Lots of cute sitting spots around for someone to have a private conversation. Great Starbucks attached to hotel with good breakfast. The restaurant/bar was decent, it did get very crowded and noisy but they have a great outdoor patio. The room was very night and comfortable. "

"Clean Room, A/C worked well this time, Staff was friendly, breakfast was pretty good, parking is good, bummed the hot tub didn’t work this time. A couple weeks back when I was there the hot tub worked but the jets didn’t work. "
