「The studio is basic but comfortable and had everything that we needed for the week that we spent there. The owner is friendly and welcoming.  The week we were there was very wet, but we still got out and about to visit the Llanfair Slate Caverns, Harlech Castle, Barmouth, etc.  We also had some lovely long walks and bike rides.」

「Our room was nice, clean and bright with a large window facing the road. Staff were very friendly and helpful during our stay. However check in was late at 5pm with an early checkout at 10am. No breakfast or lunch option due to being out of season and no fridge to store any food over night. Great for walks but anything else you need to travel out by car.」

「The room was clean but lacked a few things .they had a A small alcove to hang your clothes no draws to put your underwear in so we had to keep them in the pockets of our suitcase.door didn’t lock properly you could push it open when you locked it.had work men in fixing the heating only three staff on.whenwe we arrived told us the restaurant was closed because of shortage of staff.if we would have been told this when we applied to book a room by sandbanks we wouldn’t have booked.l believe we...

「Such a lovely welcoming B&B! Lovely lounge with roaring fire for guests use, rooms and beds comfy and clean, breakfasts are amazing, and host lovely. We stayed in the double room with twin beds - the twin beds are in a separate room, which is a great bonus!」

The sofas were leather and not very comfortable but we tried to be out and about as much as we could. 「Lovely hotel in quiet location overlooking the estuary. Fab bathroom with large tub. Excellent view from my room. Lovely breakfast with great choice of food. It's a shame they don't do evening meals but there are plenty of options in Barmouth centre just 10 minutes walk away though you will have an uphill walk back. Really enjoyed my stay. 」
