  • Casas del Sol, in a prime location in Playa Blanca, is highly sought after with guests returning year after year. The complex is located opposite the small harbour, with shops, restaurants and 3 golden sandy beaches just a few minutes stroll away. With a convienient, central location a car is not necessary. The villa has sea views from the terrace and is set amid beautiful well kept mature gardens with large heated pool, smaller children's pool and two tennis courts. The pool has a resident lifeguard on duty from 10am-6pm. Casas del Sol is 4 mins from the old town of Playa Blanca with its many shops, restaurants, harbour and town beach.

My second stay at Tariqs’ property and I loved it. It’s in one of the best locations on the complex with a sea view. Loved sitting with my coffee watching the sun coming up and ferries coming and going. Well furnished and everything you need for a self catering stay. The location is great as you are close to the bus stop and local shops. Another perfect stay. Hopefully see you again soon

Lovely Weekend Break

Super location - nice apt on a complex with a great pool. Loved sitting on the patio and theres plenty of shade. Great communication with the owner who left a welcome back with reception and allowed us a late checkout which meant a relaxing last day.

Everything was perfect!!

It's the second time we are in Playa Blanca in Tariq's bungalow. We love the place and staying at Casas del Sol it's always pleasant and relaxing. Absolutely recommended!! We really would like to come back next year!

Accommdation practical and cosy with nice patio area. Decor a little tired, could do with a bit of a refurb, but overall enjoyed.

It’s the second time we’ve stayed here. The complex is very well located, 5 mins away from ferry port, restaurants, 10 mins walk from either Playa Flamingo or Town Centre beaches. Property is very clean, has multiple fans available to use. Lots of entertainment on offer in property or at complex reception lounge room- books, dvds, board games, jigsaws etc. Tennis courts & boules court on site. Swimming pool has walk-in steps at both shallow and deep end. Sunbeds have cushions available and umbrellas are both available down in lock boxes beside the lifeguard station. Plenty of space around the pool on multiple levels, kiddies pool is also on separate level and toilets available at side of reception. Kitchen is very well equipped with pretty much you need. Patio has 2 sunbeds, reclining chairs, couch, 2 tables and chairs. Has easy to use washing machine and clothes dryer and pegs. Carpark is big and easy accessible. Bus station is 5 min walk away also so you can get bus straight from airport for approx. €3.50 Tariq is very quick to respond viaWhatsApp and a pleasure to deal with. Highly recommend, we’ve stayed as a family and as couple.

Little bit of paradise

Absolutely gorgeous place to stay...villa 32B..hosted by Tariq who it was nice to meet we were greeted at reception by a really nice lad called Santiago who was extremely pleasant and helpful..we thoroughly enjoyed our week...the only problem being that is was not long enough 😀...we will definitely be returning to Casas del sol next year without a doubt...highly recommended..

Casa del sol good , weather not so

Basic property but reasonable for price paid , previously stayed on same complex different unit , 32B not as well furnished but far better bathroom , more outside seating , bigger range of tv choices.

Sencillo por dentro,terraza y jardines muy bonitos.

Hemos pasado 4 días, casi no hemos estado, pero los desayunos en la terraza los hacíamos todos los días. El apartamento está muy bien ubicado. Lo único a destacar fue que se nos atasco un día la ducha, y vinieron a solucionarlo enseguida.Por lo demás todo correcto.

Great setting

We both enjoyed our stay. So much so we aim to come again next year. Accommodation is adequate for our use. Maybe towels could be renewed they are a bit worn. But not a problem. Kitchen well equipped. Living area and bedrooms good. Overall great.

Très joli bungalow proche de tout avec vue sur océan

Très belle location où l’on se sent très bien des l’arrivée. Le parc autour est superbe et très bien entretenu et donne une sensation de sérénité et de ben être . La plage de flamingo accessible à pieds à 10/15 minutes et tout est donc très aisé. C’est notre deuxième séjour sur Lanzarote et le dixième aux canaries . On ne se lasse pas de cet archipel et Lanzarote offre un calme et une tranquillité que l’on ne connaît pas autant sur les autres îles . À recommander à tout point de vue.
