“Set on beautiful landscaped grounds, within walking distance of wineries and restaurants! Our host Mark was up to the minute informed on winery opening times and local events. The bed was super comfortable. But the creme de la creme is the incredible fresh breakfasts”

“Wonderful staff. Gorgeous, clean rooms. Bathroom was very spacious. Loved the hotel bar food/drink option onsite and the free breakfast. Wished I would have stayed longer than one night.”

“Lovely boutique guest house in expansive rural setting. The hosts go to great length to make guests comfortable and welcome, including a delicious morning breakfast. GPS provides great assistance in the final mile or so of arriving. Do not be alarmed finding yourself on gravel road. That will all pay off in the tranquility of your lodging here. Also, and perhaps counterintuitively, you will be close to some exceptional dining and well located to visit many vineyards. Would not hesitate to……

“We stayed at Franziska Haus for two nights. While the property is beautiful and the host is lovely and welcoming, the overall experience falls well short of the luxury standards advertised. One of the biggest disappointments was the lack of soundproofing. We could hear practically everything happening in neighboring rooms throughout the night, with noise starting as early as 6:30 AM, including footsteps, vacuuming, cleaning, and general activity. We love staying at true bed and breakfasts, and for us, part of the charm is the experience of a thoughtfully prepared, homemade breakfast. Unfortunately, the breakfast we received was a bit disappointing—a scone, two strawberries, and five blueberries left us……

“We had such a wonderful stay at A'Tuscan Estate. So quaint. So beautiful. Picture perfect. Super nice accommodations. Loved the apartment! We ordered our dinner to go and ate on the porch. The place had everything we needed. The breakfasts were outstanding. We felt so spoiled. It was truly a memorable weekend for us. Thank Erin and staff!”
