「Location is perfect! Just a couple blocks from the beach, and close to so many great bars and other spots. Room is small, but AC is cold and beds are comfy. We will definitely stay here again!」

「Unfortunately, our experience was very disappointing. While the property has a beautiful ocean view and the potential to be a great family destination, the cleanliness and pest issues made our stay very uncomfortable. There were lizards throughout the inside of the bedrooms and cockroaches inside the villa. This made it difficult to relax, especially while traveling with family. We expected the accommodations to be clean and free of pests, but that was not the case. We contacted both Expedia...

「The rooms were clean and adequate for three adults. The staff was welcoming and very helpful; organized a taxi to take my 83 year old mother to a coffee shop downtown. It is in a quiet location and a good area to unplug from electronic devices. If you have mobility issues, you won’t have much to do but sit and look out at the beach from the patio. The swimming pool has a ladder to climb in and out, so we were not able to use the pool at all. We would stay here again if our plan is to relax.」

「This was our second stay here. We came back as it is the place to go if you go to San Juan Del Sur and want to relax and be away from the busy life of town AND there is a beach nearby. Has a Mama Mia vibe to it. Perhaps we were off season, but the food was not as good as our first visit. I kept being promised they would have the peanut butter chocolate bars “tomorrow”, but these delicious bars I enjoyed last time never materialized. I think next time we will try a different place.」

「This property is very closely situated to the beach and it is a good property, especially for a solo traveler I would recommend for a couple days if there was a longer stay more than two days you might want to consider other options, but this for me worked out」

「Me gusta este lugar porque me siento segura, como en casa. Propiedad muy limpia. Personal amable. Desayuno rico. No había agua caliente pero en San Juan hace calor. La presión del agua no es muy buena. Piscina agradable, hay una cocina muy equipada. Definitivamente un lugar recomendado.」
