Beautiful home in the heart of Cape Cod. Close to beaches, restaurants and more!

Cozy 3 bed 2 bath home, sleeps 8 and great for families. Centrally located in Cape Cod, between Rt 6 and 6A. Just a 5 minute drive to Greys beach and boardwalk, 6 minute drive to Crab Creek Conservation for fishing, multiple trails, kid activities like Cape Cod's Inflatable Park and the historic Whydah Pirate Museum.

Main floor has a bedroom with a queen bed and full bath. Second floor contains 2 large bedrooms with 2 full beds each and a full bath. Kitchen is fully equipped with dishes, pots and pans, silverware, Nespresso coffee maker, blender, and toaster oven. Dining table fits 8 people. Living room has 55" smart tv with cable and apps. All 3 bedrooms and living room have window AC units. Basement includes 55" Smart TV, foosball table, ping pong table, 2-in-1 pool and air hockey table, board games, and dvds for your enjoyment. Basement has easy access to outside. There is a large back yard to play with the family that includes an outdoor shower and seating area with grill. Shed stores fire pit, beach chairs, and outdoor games.

For your safety and ours this property features exterior security cameras at each entrance. Coverage of cameras are listed below:

Great location and stay!

This property was perfect for us and our friends to stay 4 nights this summer. The location was near the shops and beaches we love. The house was clean and spacious, and had anything we would have needed for our stay. Our favorite part of the house was the large fenced-in backyard. Our kids loved the house and toys available to play with. Communication with the owner was easy and she was very responsive. We'd love to stay again!

Great Location and Stay!

We had a great stay at this property. The locations was perfect for us as we like to spend most of our week at Dennis bay side beaches. The house was incredibly clean, and everything we needed was provided. The yard/outdoor patio was beautiful as well. Gabby was informative before our stay and available if we needed anything. Hope to be back next year!

Beautiful home with everything you need!

Gabby is a great host! Her home is beautifully decorated, comfortable and absolutely spotless (cleanest house we have ever rented on the cape!). The kitchen is fully stocked to cook any meal. Lovely linens were included. Our kids enjoyed playing air hockey in the basement. Outdoor grill, outdoor shower, washer/dryer and keyless entry were great conveniences to have all week. Plenty of AC for warmer nights. Lots of beach chairs in the shed. Gabby responds quickly to any questions. Don't miss Grey's beach at low tide and Captain Frosty's for ice cream. Our family had a wonderful week!

Best cape home

I’ve been going to the cape for over 20 years and this was the best stay I have had with my family. The home was extremely comfortable with a big dining table, large comfy couch, finished basement filled with kids toys, ping pong and fuse ball. The house was well stocked and even came with an outdoor dining area and fire pit. With young children around we loved that the back yard was fully fenced in. And most importantly it was close to our favorite beach, Mayflower. I would highly recommend!

More than expected

Very clean, updated home. All the amenities that my family needed and then some. 10-15 minutes from anywhere we needed to go. Home set up for families, power wheels for the kids, nice patio with outdoor table and chairs for dinners. Basement full of extras pool table, air hockey, ping pong, foosball, movies, toys and ample family board games. Exceeded my/our expectations. Perfect for families. If and when we go back I will look to this property first.

First visit to Cape Cod

It was a great house that met all our needs. Two families shared the house and included kids ages four through 19. There seemed to be something for everyone. The back yard was great and the house was equipped with games and beach gear that we enjoyed.

Lovely home for a vacation

We enjoyed our vacation so much do to the pristine home in which we stayed. The kitchen was updated and perfect for cooking. Lots of space for the 4 of us. The hardwood floors were beautiful and the bathrooms very modern. The backyard had so many places to sit in the sun and out of the sun. Our host thought of everything that you would need to be vacationing in this home. Off street Parking was spacious. I would highly recommend anyone who is looking for a rental in a spacious and updated house to rent this home. Our host thought of everything that you would need staying in a vacation home !!

A lovely time had by all

Our family had a great time. The house itself was very clean. The location was a perfect spot to visit so many beaches, lakes, restaurants and attractions within about 20 minutes. The fenced in yard was perfect for our two young children, and we loved the added bonuses like the fit pit, hammock, outdoor shower, and added goodies found in the house like the corn hole set, and kids toys. Gabriela even had a spare baby gate! Just the perfect spot for an easy vacation with small children. Thanks again for having us!

Perfect for families

We had a great experience. The house is conveniently located close to the highway, beaches and attractions. The backyard has everything you need for hanging out after a day at the beach. The owners were very responsive to all my questions. Our family would definitely stay there again.

Wonderful vacation home!

This property is gorgeous! This house had everything we needed! There have been numerous updates even since the photos on the profile. My kids really enjoyed the hammock and we spent a lot of time around the firepit and on the patio. The location is great for a lot of sights in Barnstable, Dennis, Yarmouth, Brewster, and Hyannis - it seemed like it was 15 minutes from everywhere on the Cape! Owner is really laid back and great about communicating. We had a fantastic time! Thank you!

Cape escape

We loved our stay at this home in the cape. The rooms were large, plenty of space for children to play both indoors and outdoors. It was an easy car ride to stores, restaurants and beaches. Grays beach was a great place for kids. Our littles ones loved walking the sand dunes during low tide and hunting for hermit crabs. We had a wonderful stay and would love to stay at this property again!
