墨爾本市中心美居酒店
8/10 不錯
"Exceptional service, but significant technical issues with elevators. The staff were incredibly helpful and professional, when the elevators are not working, he suggested to help us bring luggage downstairs which we stayed in 11/F. The parking lot is quite a distance from the hotel, which was a bit inconvenient. The biggest issue was the elevators. Only 1 was working during our stay, leading to very long wait times. Most disappointingly, there was a morning both elevators were out of service, which is unacceptable for a hotel."
