"Best service at all. The names of each one of the staff members at the Lobby and reception, at the breakfast buffet, rooms, bell rings and bag support are endless. We traveled in family for pleasure with our senior mother and th team was very supportive with her! I don’t really have words to describe the high level devotion for customer service. The location and rooms, amenities and the buildings are exquisite. The restaurants inside the hotel all included even on the last Michelilin Star or awarded as well. I would like to write all the people that approached us for thousands of details but it’s impossible: Emeric, Pankaj, June, Gloria, Marie, Rizwan, Ana, Dana, Mohamed Salelh, Jitendra, Mandip and many more we jus WANT TO SAY THANKS. "From start to finish this hotel delivered. Every staff member seemed to truly care about our wellbeing. We got a great upgrade. The location was even better than hoped. The gym was solid, the pools comfortable and uncrowded. We could not ask for more. "

"Excellent location of the hotel. Just a 5-min taxi ride from Yas Mall, Ferrari World and Warner Brothers. We were given an excellent room on top floor, corner - had an amazing panoramic view of the golf course, Yas Marina F1 circuit and Ferrari World. Good eating options in the hotel (Mexican restaurant, Belgian cafe). Breakfast spread was good with lot of options (including local Indian cuisines). Staff was helpful and polite."
