De nombreuses prestations annoncées lors de la réservation n’ont pas été respecté. Malgré ma demande, l’hôtel n’a pas géré le transfert aéroport /hotel au début du séjour. There was a huge lack of customer service. The quality of the bedding was terrible, the manager at the front desk was terrible at helping and wasn't timely, he also kept our passports for a worryingly long time and refused to give it back until a long time later.
