“Cabin would have been cozy without the rodent problem. I understand country living, but when you lay in bed and listen to something in the wall chewing, that is not what i was expecting!Gary offered to have maintenance and cleaners stop by. I had already cleaned up the kitchen floor, and stuffed two Brillo pads in the hole at the back door.Cabin was ok. Location was nice and remote.Gary offered an extra night for compensation, but not with the critters!! Hope he can remedy the problem!”

“We really wish we had known in advance that the living room fireplace wasn't working. This was the number one amenity we looked for and it was very disappointing. The hot tub was nice and with 2 bedrooms in the basement, we had space to spread out.”

“Audrey was an excellent host! Check-in and check-out were a breeze, and the place is excellent and well described. Very good walkability into Penn Yan - somewhat uncommon for house on Keuka Lake. We recommend stopping in at Indian Pines Farm Market which is a short walk up 54A. Beach is awesome! Walk-out depth and a mix of rocks and sand, water shoes recommended due to zebra muscles. Kitchen is great, and upper patio is where we ate every meal with great views and nice lake breeze. Only things I……
