「It’s always risky when you rent a place sight unseen, but this cabin is something unique and special. I was not disappointed. It is rustic but comfortable and has every convenience you could want. Great for a single or a couple. Dave and Karen are excellent hosts and great communicators. Enjoy!」

「We only had 2 nights in this cozy cabin and would have loved to stay longer! Location was good and we appreciated having a stash of coffee grounds waiting for us in the kitchen. The hot tub was a nice perk, though if I could have located a broom I would have swept off the deck so that we didn't track debris into/out of the water. Temps were chilly during our stay but the fireplace made the cabin feel really comfortable. Great place!」

「What a cute little cabin. The owners attention to detail makes this place so charming. Just a 10 minute drive to local amenities. Old Cottonwood is about a 15 minute drive. A must see area. Then very close to Sedona and other wineries. We had a very memorable weekend. Hope to stay there again!」

「The cabin was in good condition, the setting was cozy. Lots of private property signs behind the cabin and close-ish neighbors. Neighbors we doing some painting of their house, but the noise wasn't bad. Plenty of deer and birds to watch. I explored the front of the property in like an hour with the dogs basically between the private property signs. Seemed a bit less than 6 acres as advertised, but I didn't accurately measure.」

"The toilet in our room is almost not working, the shower head is leaking, and the soundproofing is very poor. We were also assigned a room next to the laundry room, and the noise from the machines made it impossible for my family to sleep after a full day of driving. When I went to the front desk to ask if it would be possible to change rooms if one became available, the male staff member was very impatient and his attitude made us feel very uncomfortable during our stay."
