SPANISH VILLA WITH PRIVATE POOL, WIFI, 50 MINUTES FROM THE BEACH
This is an ideal base to explore the magnificent cities of Alicante, Valencia and Murcia. Alicante is 50 minutes, Murcia 60 minutes and Valencia 80 minutes to drive.
Private swimming pool in summer (from June to September), only for your group. The Villa has features such as old fireplaces, twisty staircase, cozy rooms giving it loads of character. Comfortable four bedrooms, to sleep eight people. Three terrace with two barbecue ant other indoor. Fully fitted large kitchen (water boiler, microwaves, bread toaster, washer and dryer machines, electric coffe maker ...) Sitting room with fireplace, and dining-room with fireplace too. Two bathrooms. Yecla is a beautiful town, It has many monuments and attractions, Also has routes to enjoy the nature walkers. You can enjoy guided visits to the Most Important wine cellars in the area.

The Villa was built in the late 19th century by my great-grandmother and it has charm and character, offers a place for relaxation. There are all my childhood memories.

Una casa rural para repetir
Nos ha encantado. Una casa rural que no le falta detalle. No falta ningun utensilio de cocina. Limpieza de 10 y los colchones geniales. Ademas decorada con gusto. Los abuelos, los niños y hasta el perro han disfrutado

Casa Villa María
Casa rural antigua, grande y acogedora. Con dos porches a disfrutar durante todo el día. Cocina bien equipada y bastante grande. Y sobre todo piscina espectacular para no ser compartida con otras personas. Y por supuesto anfitriones encantadores y dispuestos a ayudar.

Escapada Rural Perfecta!
Perfecta para pasar unos días de relax en un entorno natural tipico de la Región de Murcia.
La comunicación con los propietarios ha sido inmejorable.
La casa es amplia y con todo lujo de detalles. Chimenea, barbacoa y piscina la hacen un lugar fascinante y entretenido.
Estamos deseando volver.

The pool and outdoor sitting areas were excellent
5 minutes drive to the town
Conchi was very helpful and explained about places to visit

A really nice and relaxed mansion with everything you need just a short drive away
We are six students from Amsterdam and we stayed at this house for a few weeks during a fieldproyect of our university. The house has everything you wish for. 4 bedrooms with nice beds, 1 toilet upstairs and a bathroom downstairs. The house is built between some tall trees and the shade from these trees makes for a nice temperature inside. No need for AC or a fan in the house. The kitchen is good for cooking and the house had plenty of tables to eat from with a group of people. The swimming pool is just great. The pool is big and located so that the sun shines on it all day to warm it up. Also the hosts came to check on us every few days to do some maintenance on the pool (to clean it up and check if the motor was still functioning). Speaking of the hosts, they are a lovely spanish couple that are very kind and helpful. They provided us with lots of information and tips about the city itself and were always ready to help out if we needed anything. The city Yecla is nice with lots of bars and restaurants to eat or just have a few drinks. Also the locals are very kind and helpful despite their mostly poor level of english. They always tried to start a conversation anyway which we really liked. Would really recommend this house to anyone wanting to visit the region to check out its nice wines, amazing nature and good food.
