“This was wonderful. The place was clean, quiet, and had everything you could want.”

“The cabin was perfect for my spouse, 17 yo daughter and dog. I loved reading next to the river and having space for my dog to play. The garage door wall of the kitchen opened up the space more and was great having all the fresh air. Kitchen was just right, the bedrooms and beds comfy too! We came up for a wedding and to detress without the fuss and this was a perfect spot. Town was a couple minutes away. Thank you for sharing your space with us!”

“We stayed here with extended family to tour monument valley, mesa verde and 4 corners. It was the right location to spend the night after the long monument valley drive and perfect for doing mesa verde. It has beautiful views and close to town. The pictures of the house are accurate. It needs some repairs..cracked tiles and mirrors, sidewalk and drive way deterioration causing tripping hazards …but the beds are comfortable and plentiful which is what we needed most. You can tells it was well……

“Our family of 5 LOVED this house. We were visiting Cortez to see Mesa Verde National Park. The house is very close to the park entrance and very convenient to restaurants, grocery stores, gas stations etc. The house was very clean and almost like new. The owner communication was great throughout the process. Highly recommended, and we would stay here again.”

“Property was very close to Delores with a remote wilderness feel. Saw lots of deer and horses. Only about 20 min. to Mesa Verde National Park. The only drawback was the sulfur smell from the hot water. We had a great stay.”

“This is a great cabin for a stay in Southwest Colorado. The West Dolores river is feet from the house. The cabin has been updated and has everything you need for a perfect stay. The host was very responsive. I was lucky to find this property for my vacation.”

“This property was located perfectly for day excursions to Mesa Verde and Durango. We enjoyed the hot tub and game room. Very comfortable furnishings. My only suggestion would be to install screens on the windows and doors. We couldn’t open them at certain times of day due to the bugs.”

The cottage is close to several hiking areas and ruins. Super host and hostess that are available when needed.”

“Great location not far from the Mesa Verde National Park. There was some trouble with the water heater not working, but we managed to fix it temporarily ourselves. There was no coffee or sugar for the coffee maker, but Walmart is not far away.”
