Name and address mistakes on expedia.

This hotel is a good, almost new hotel that is clean and modern, and the rooms are the same as in the photos. But there are two major problems that you should consider. First of all, the name of the hotel is not just V Hotel. By using this name, taxi drivers can't find the address, and you have to pay triple the fare, as I did. This is a serious problem that Expedia should solve. The hotel's name is "V Viaggio Hotel." The second main problem that guests face, and have to pay much more for a taxi, is the address, which is wrong on Expedia and Hotels.com. It is written as Rostom Street. This is wrong; the name of the street is Rostoviyan Street. So, in general, more than the hotel's condition, I have complaints about the hotel's name and address for people who want to come to this hotel. I recommend this hotel to guests, and you will be satisfied. Please, please edit the hotel's name and address.

L' hotel è chiuso , sono arrivato lì davanti ed una ragazza che lavora nella stessa struttura dove prima c' era l' hotel mi ha detto che omai era chiuso da parecchio. Ho chiesto il rimborso ad expedia ma per ora nulla ancora.

Disliked: Cleanliness, staff & service, property conditions & facilities, room comfort

Fruktansvärt dåligt. Fel adress angiven så fick leta ca 30 min. Rätt adress 3km bort. Väl på plats fanns inte vår reservation trots att vi betalat ut och inte fått något annat meddelande än en bekräftelse på rummet. Verkade som att hotellet hyrt ut mitt och min kompis rum till någon annan. Otrevlig hotellchef som började skrika så fort hennes personal väl fick tag i henne. Hon personen i disken ville ändå hjälpa till men kunde dålig engelska. När hon fick tag i chefen var hon den mest otrevliga hotellpersonal jag någonsin stött på. Både mot oss och det verkade som att hon även var det mot sin personal. Jag klagar aldrig på hotell så det här är nog första gången jag är så besviken att jag skriver en negativ recension. Bo inte här om du inte vill förstöra din resa till Armenien.
