On the first floor, you'll enjoy a large living/dining room opening onto a fully-equipped kitchen (oven, gas stove, microwave, coffee machine, dishwasher, fridge, freezer) and a large, recently renovated bathroom with walk-in shower. Upstairs, you'll find 2 bedrooms with double beds (160cm and 140cm), 1 children's bedroom with a single bed and a sofa bed on the mezzanine.

You'll find all the facilities you need for a superb vacation, including a summer kitchen with barbecue and everything you need for outdoor meals.
And last but not least, the essential amenities: fiber-optic internet connection, parking space, supply of household linen, loan of baby equipment (cot, high chair, toys).

The house is located 1h30 from Paris, 40 minutes from Chartres and 20 minutes from Châteaudun. You'll find all amenities in the town of Brou, just 10 minutes away, and the famous Wednesday market is not to be missed.
For day trips, you'll be just 1 hour from the 24-hour Le Mans museum, the Château de Maintenon and 1h10 from the Châteaux of Chambord and Blois.

You'll also have the chance to taste the excellent goat's cheese from the Gohory farm just 3km away. And for the kids, there's the Brou leisure park on the shores of a lake (swimming pool, waterslide, equestrian center, sailing club and hiking trails).
