「AMAZING! The property is new and clean. Amenities are plentiful and enjoyable. Whatever you may think of needing for a pleasant stay, they already have them ready in the room waiting for you and minibar is inclusive.

「Chosing Grand Mercure is like hitting the lotto. General manager Rita is an exceptional human being in kindness, professionalism and friendliness. We felt at home in her sweet presence. She became part of our family. Rita, Iris and Sofi are pleasant memories now. Thank you all」

「The hotel is a modern building right next to the river and our room was on the 41st floor, overlooking the city. There is a park in front where people come to exercise which was fun to see. The staff were very friendly and helpful and the room was comfortable and very clean. Highly recommended」

「Convenient to major shopping center, foodie attractions, and riverside. Super friendly staff and clean room.」
