“Location was excellent - right on the beach. Enjoyed the warm clear water - could see fish from the 4th floor balcony. Drawbacks: property owner did not inform us until the last minute about the access procedure; the air conditioning controls were confusing; the smoke alarm in the master bedroom sounded in the middle of our first night and no one ever did arrive to figure out why so we simply disconnected it.”

“The apartment was clean, spacious and had two bedrooms. The kitchen was well stocked with pans, pots and utensils. We did not use the tv so can't comment on that. The location is quiet, and close to the University of Guam which was great for our purpose. Dina responded quickly to my questions, and Queen was available if I needed anything during my stay.”

“The pictures associated with the property are not from the actual property, they are photo shopped. The property was nothing to write home about, but the beds were clean and the bathroom has recently been remodeled. The apartment served its purpose, a place to sleep and shower! It is conveniently centered on the island. Neighbors have about a million chickens that made noise all hours of the night. Property manager was very friendly and easy to work with when we ran into some travel issues.……

“This particular property is accessible to a lot of things: Payless grocery was just walking distance; if you don't have a car, there are 2 bus stops (same route/line) near it. One of their main stops/terminals is a 27-30min walk. The park to the area; post office, mayor's office, public library and a small mall with a Ross store is also within walking distance. The place itself is clean and very spacious. The kitchen has microwave, toaster, coffee maker and range stove with oven to make meals……

“I am careful about giving bad reviews but I’m doing this for the property owners to improve. Our expectations were not met. The areas w around the property were filthy and unusable. They have a patio at the back that can be used to relax but so dirty. The freezer was leaking They only supplied 1 each of kitchen towel and paper towels. We spent time figuring out what we need and ran to supermarket for these and others We arrived that kitchen water runs on hot water only and no cold The lights……
