Most restaurants open till midnight. Easy and fast transportation to Tokyo. Just beware of people on the street keep asking and harassing you to take the service they provide especially at night time.

Richmond Hotel Yokohama Ekimae
Excellent hotel. Exceeded my expectations. The hotel had everything and anything I needed. Staff was very attentive and helpful. Breakfast had a huge variety of items and delicious. Highly recommended staying at this hotel.
