Perfect - really comfortable, warm and spotlessly clean.Cottage is beautifully decorated and maintained - everything looked brand new.Stunning shower room and super comfy beds.New Inn pub was just across the road and was really friendly and served delicious food.Great location for exploring York and all of the North Yorkshire attractions.Owners Helen and Adrian were really welcoming and even gave details of a local doggy day care if we wanted to visit non-dog friendly attractions.Will definitely return.

We have just returned from an idyllic week in this beautiful cottage - and couldn't fault a thing. Spotlessly clean, with everything you need supplied to feel perfectly at home. The bed is, by far, the most comfortable we have ever had the pleasure to sleep in. The lovely welcome pack on arrival was a lovely touch from the lovely hosts. Thank you so much for a perfect week - we will be back :-) xx
